We havent just learned preparing a hand full of delicious comfort food recipies, but leave inspired by outstanding authentic Greek hospitality. Our minds, bellies and hearts are overflowing. “My partner and I did a cooking class through Rhodian Roots at Emponas View with the best hosts ever. We cooked all the local cuisine and were very looked after. It was a real cultural experience and felt like we were part of a family. All the dishes were exceptional, and the experience was the highlight of our two week trip on Rhodes island.
